Two or three week specific intensive training programme for the German baccalaureate, based on the baccalaureate requirements (EPA) formulated by the Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of Germany (KMK) and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

University preparation

In the morning, you will work on the four CEFR competences: written and oral comprehension and expression. Grammar and the structure of the French language are approached in specific situations, role-playing games, discussions and with the active participation of students. The limited number of students per class encourages discussion. The teachers use varied teaching material, both written and digital.

In the afternoon you will discover the French university system and the methodology of taking notes, writing, summarising documents, presentations, public speaking, defining a problem, creating a plan, etc.

20 hour French course

This option is ideal for students who need to certify 20 hour per week training.

The limited number of students per class encourages discussion. The teachers use varied teaching material, both written and digital.
In the afternoon, you will study in mini-groups to deepen your language knowledge thanks to a personalised approach.

Standard + cooking course

You will perfect your level of French and learn to cook.
The French cuisine course is provided by a passionate Chef who will allow you to discover his techniques and the products of the region. You will cook and sample what you have prepared.
The Chef will issue you with a certificate and his recipes.

In July and August, iLP offers you a format of courses, activities and accommodation. This format allows you to learn French, benefit from the days of summer and have an enjoyable, constructive stay.

In the afternoon, you will prepare for official French exams: going in depth on grammatical structures, lexical enrichment, and practice of oral and written comprehension and expression. You will work in a mini-group and in exam conditions with textbooks and specific documents.
